Internship report using your template

The report describes what you did during your internship and has to follow your department’s template. We prepare the text and formatting based on your experience at the host organisation. No template? We use a standard structure.

What an internship report (sprawozdanie z praktyk) should contain

The sprawozdanie z praktyk is the document that turns your placement into a credit. It is read by the opiekun praktyk at your university, who checks that what you describe matches the internship programme and the logbook. Length and structure vary: a two-page form at one faculty, a full report with sections at another.

A typical report covers the organisation, the department you worked in, the tasks you carried out, the skills you used or gained and your conclusions. The weak point in many reports is the task section. “I got to know the company” says nothing, while “I prepared weekly stock reports in Excel for the logistics team” shows exactly what the programme required.

That is why the report is prepared from your own account. You send the template, the programme and a list of what you did, even as rough notes, and we turn them into a structured text on the template, using the vocabulary your department expects. You read it before signing, and anything that does not match your experience is changed.

Departments sometimes return reports for formal reasons rather than content: last year’s template, missing hours, or conclusions that do not refer to the learning outcomes (efekty uczenia się) in the programme. We check those points against your template before you submit.

How we work

Step 1

Send the template and notes

The department template, the internship programme and a short description of what you did.

Step 2

We clarify the details

We ask a few questions about the organisation and your tasks.

Step 3

You get the report

The report is ready for your opiekun praktyk (internship supervisor) to sign; you submit it yourself. If the department has comments, one round of revisions is already included.

Questions and answers

What do you need from me?

The template, the organisation’s name, your internship dates and a list of what you did. The more specific your description, the more accurately the report will reflect your internship.

What about the internship logbook?

That is a separate document; the price depends on the length of the internship. The report and logbook need to match, so it is convenient to prepare them together.

Is there a rush surcharge?

Yes, the report is text work: from +15% for 12–29 days to +80% for one day.
