Student internship support from start to credit

Introductory, professional or pre-diploma: each department has its own set of internship documents and its own deadlines. We guide you from the document list to getting your internship credited. You pay for each document separately when it is ready.

How student internship paperwork works in Poland, start to finish

Internship support makes sense when the paperwork, not the work, is the problem. A Polish department typically expects documents at three points: before the placement starts (an agreement and a programme), during it (a logbook) and after it (a report, the workplace supervisor’s opinia and sometimes a certificate of completion). Each has its own template, signatory and deadline, and the regulamin praktyk that sets them out is often long and written in Polish.

Full support follows that sequence. It starts with the list of documents your department actually requires, with who signs each one and by when. From there, each document is prepared on its template when it falls due, so you are never paying for paperwork you do not need yet.

Consistency across the set is one thing departments check. The dates in the agreement must match the logbook, the tasks in the logbook must reflect the programme, and the report must describe the same work. Because all the documents are prepared in one place, these links are built in from the start rather than patched at the end.

Introductory, professional and pre-diploma internships often differ in length and in how detailed the report must be, so the price is given per document once the list is ready.

Questions and answers

Who signs the documents?

The opiekun praktyk at the university and the supervisor at the host organisation sign them. We prepare the texts and templates; you sign and submit the documents.

Can my job count as an internship?

At many universities this is possible through a separate procedure. Your university sets the rules; we will go through them in the free document list.

Can I order just one document?

Yes. An internship report costs 95 €; other documents are priced separately according to your department’s requirements.
