Student internship documents in Poland: deadlines and who signs what
Porozumienie, skierowanie, dziennik praktyk, sprawozdanie, opinia, zaświadczenie: what each internship document in Poland is for and when to hand it in.
Bachelor’s · master’s · single chapters
First payment 25 €, then one per completed stage
We work through the topic, build the structure, select sources and bring the text up to your department’s requirements — in your university’s language. You see every stage before you pay for the next one.
The committee gives the grade and the department makes the decision. Our part is the structure, sources, text, formatting and defence preparation. All prices and dates are below.

Why students contact us
They asked you to redo it but did not say what to change. Without that, the second version comes back too.
You have three paragraphs of the introduction and three chapters still to go. Some of that time will go on the revisions your supervisor asks for.
The department and your supervisor each have their own requirements, and in places they contradict each other.
You are quoted one price for everything, and you can only judge the quality after paying.
First step
It is the document your supervisor (promotor) asks for: the chapter structure, the approximate length of each chapter, the research logic and 5–7 starting sources. You can show it to them the same week.
Five answers — without them the outline comes out generic:
One outline per person: that is how it stays free for everyone who asks. A second version is part of paid work.
How it works
Five points: type of work, field and university, topic, defence date, what is already written. We reply during working hours.
Within 24–48 hours: chapter structure, research logic, starting sources. Along with them — the cost and a payment schedule built around your defence date.
An introduction for 95 € or one chapter for 190 €. We never offer the whole thesis in one payment — you have not seen our work yet.
If you are happy with it, we continue on schedule, one stage at a time. If not, you owe nothing.
How payment works
An example with three chapters. Each bar shows the size of the payment: the largest amounts fall due only once you already have the previous chapter.
You can stop after any stage. What you have paid for is yours, you owe nothing for the rest, and there is no penalty for stopping. Paying in stages does not raise the final price, which is why we never take payment for the whole thesis upfront.
Prices
Packages use the same figures: each package is the sum of the lines below.
The deadline is counted from your defence date. If it is less than 30 days away, a rush surcharge applies. It is already built into the calculator at the top of this page — not added at the end of the conversation. The surcharge applies to text work only: the formatting check, plagiarism check, slides and speech cost the same at any deadline.
Packages · bachelor’s thesis example
A package is a set of services from the same price list, put together in advance so that nothing has to be rushed at the end. What each one includes is listed right under the price.
Basic
introduction 95 + three chapters at 190 + conclusion 95
Standard
760 + formatting check 95. Second round of revisions at no extra cost
Premium
855 + plagiarism check 35 + slides 60 + speech 25 + 70 for ongoing support
The honest maths: bought separately, the extras in Premium would come to 215 €, while the package costs 285 € more than Basic. So 70 € pays for support through to the defence. If you do not need it, choose Standard — that is what we would advise too.
How we reduce your risk
Only one payment is ever at stake. You read a stage, then pay for the next one.
The schedule gives each stage a calendar date. If we are going to miss one, you hear about it before that date, not after.
One round of revisions based on your supervisor’s comments is included in the base price, two in Standard. We state the limit at the start.
Consultants work in your university’s language. Before submission, the text is proofread and checked against the formatting rules.
Limits
The list is short and fixed. If you need any of these things, we are not the right choice.
FAQ
A discount is not really the answer. What can be smaller is the first step: take one chapter for 190 €, judge the quality, then decide. Paying in stages does not make a chapter cost more.
The order of payments is the answer. The first payment is 25 €, and every payment after that is for a stage you already have. You risk one payment; we risk one stage of work.
We will send an extract and an outline on a similar topic — enough to judge the style and formatting. We do not send anyone’s complete thesis, for the same reason we would not send yours to anyone else.
We match the consultant to your field and your university’s language. Before submission, the text is proofread and checked against the formatting rules. We will tell you who is handling your topic before the first payment — without invented credentials.
A round is one list of your supervisor’s comments, sent to us in one go. The base price includes one round, Standard two and Premium three. Revisions take three working days for a chapter and five for the full thesis. You can use a round within 30 days of a stage being delivered, or until your defence date.
Changing the topic, changing an approved structure, adding a new chapter and translating the thesis are quoted separately. We say so before payment, not after.
Nothing we send is reused from other clients’ work, but no honest service promises a specific originality percentage in advance. Before submission you can order a check with a report for 35 € and see the matches early. Tell us which system your university uses and what its procedure says, so that citations are handled correctly from the start.
We give you a schedule with interim dates: the first chapter by a specific day, then the rest in turn. The key date in that schedule is not the defence but the day the text has to reach your supervisor.
We provide consultations, study materials, samples and support. How you use the materials is your decision, and it is worth reading your university’s rules yourself. If you prefer a lower-risk option, we can limit our work to proofreading and support for a text you write yourself.
Each service has its own page with the price, what is included and answers to common questions.
