Privacy policy and terms

One document covering every page of the site — both the thesis pages and the student internship pages.

Who processes the data

The service operates under the name “Academic Support”. If you have any questions about how your data is processed, message uson Telegram — it is our only channel, and your request is handled by the same person who talks to clients.

What data we receive

The site has no registration, order or contact forms. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email here, and have no way of collecting them.

Automatically, during your visit

  • technical browser data: type, version, language, approximate region based on the IP address;
  • the address of the page you arrived from and the campaign tags in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and the click identifiers used by advertising systems);
  • on-page behaviour: scroll depth, button clicks, choices made in the calculator.

When you go to Telegram

The button opens a Telegram chatbot. A technical campaign tag is passed along with you — a short string such as uk_poland_b30_lp1_facebook_cpc_sept. It contains your browser language, the country derived from your device time zone, your choice on the page and the advertising source. It contains no name, contact details or IP address. From there the conversation takes place in Telegram and is covered byTelegram’s privacy policy, while we process what you write to us in the chat in order to reply and provide the service.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, transfer the data to another provider and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

To exercise any of these rights, write to uson Telegram — we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO); in Ukraine, the Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights.

Terms of service

We provide consulting services and study materials: working through the topic, building the structure, selecting sources, preparing drafts and samples, proofreading, formatting to the guidelines and defence preparation.

A separate line of work is support for student internships: introductory, professional and pre-diploma. This covers advice on your university’s procedure, preparing the internship programme, the logbook and the report using the department’s template, and preparation for the assessment.The student obtains signatures and stamps from the host organisation — we do not produce or certify them, and we do not negotiate with the organisation on the student’s behalf.

What the payment covers

  • the scope and deadline of each stage are agreed in writing before the first payment;
  • payment is made in stages: each payment follows a stage you have already received;
  • the number of revision rounds based on your supervisor’s comments depends on the package you choose and is stated before payment.

What we do not do

  • we do not guarantee a grade, “academic novelty”, or the decision of the department or committee;
  • we do not promise a specific originality percentage before the work starts;
  • we do not help anyone get around a plagiarism check;
  • we do not pass your materials to third parties or send you other people’s work.

How you use the materials

The materials are provided for your own further work. How you use them is your decision, so it is worth reading your university’s academic integrity rules before we start — we cannot interpret them on your behalf.

Refunds

If a stage is late through our fault, you may end our work together and get a refund for that stage. Stages already paid for and delivered are non-refundable.
