Checking your internship documents

Internship documents often get sent back over small things: a wrong date, a missing stamp, a report that does not match the logbook. We check the set before submission and give you a list of fixes. You make them yourself or order them separately.

How to check internship documents before you submit them

Internship documents are usually filled in over weeks or months, by different people: the agreement by the university, the logbook by you, the opinia by your workplace supervisor. Each one can look fine on its own while the set contradicts itself, for example a logbook that starts two days before the date in the agreement, or a report listing tasks the programme does not mention.

A document check compares the set with your department’s requirements and with itself. We go through dates, hours, names and job titles, signatures and stamps, the template version, and whether the report and logbook describe the same work. Each problem is marked with the document it concerns and what needs to change.

Some problems you can fix alone, such as a missing date or an entry that needs more detail. Others need a signature from the organisation or the university, and those take time to collect, so they go to the top of the list. If the department has already returned the set, send its comments too: they show what your opiekun praktyk checks most closely.

Scans or clear phone photos are enough for the check. Send them a few weeks before the deadline if you can, since a missing stamp from the host organisation is the one fix you cannot make in a day.

What is included

  • Cross-check of the set against your department’s list
  • Matching dates in the porozumienie, logbook and report
  • All required signatures and stamps in place
  • Report consistent with the internship programme

  • List of fixes by priority
  • Comments on each document separately

Who it is for

  • Your documents are ready, but you have doubts

  • The documents were filled in at different times
  • Submission is soon and you do not want to resubmit

How we work

Step 1

Send the set

Scans or files of all documents and your department’s requirements.

Step 2

We check

We cross-check the documents against each other and against the requirements.

Step 3

List of fixes

You get a list of what to fix and why. The check is especially useful when the documents were prepared by different people or at different times.

Questions and answers

Do you guarantee credit after the check?

No, your opiekun praktyk (internship supervisor) gives the credit. We point out inconsistencies visible in the documents.

Are fixes included in the price?

No, the check is a diagnosis. You can correct the texts yourself or order corrections separately.

What do I need to send?

All documents in the set, your department’s list of requirements and the submission date. If there is no list, we will start with a free breakdown of the procedure.
